CAP Products
Developed by CAPLabs, CAPGENiiE is ST Electronics (Info-Software Systems) suite of collaboration-centric software products built for urban city management and enterprises to improve effectiveness and efficiency in their operations.
CAPGENiiE is designed to enable geographically dispersed teams or individuals make sense and gain insights of any operational situations, manage resources, empower collaborative planning and decision making, and monitor execution to achieve prescribed objectives.
CAPGENiiE suite consists of the following software products which are annotated in short, as GENiiE.
- Surveillance
A live and playback video surveillance software for monitoring situation awareness within the surveillance camera area of coverage. The software has been deployed in several e-commerce areas, such as the surveillance of the Airport areas and Condominiums.
- Computer-Aided Despatch
A software that provides smart resource management and mission-critical despatch orders for Fires, Police, Ambulance and Deliveries. The software also tracks each resource being despatch to site and back. This software forms the foundation for our PRIMES and FLAMES solutions.
- Collaboration
A software to enhance civilian and military operational centres in integrated planning, sharing and collaborative decision-making. The software provides the flexibility to collaborate on the move, to promote awareness and decision making anywhere through distributed or virtual command centre among cross teams, departments and agencies.
The software has been deployed successfully in many published military experiments, both locally and abroad. CAPGENiiE Master has shown to improve cognitive thinking of Commanders and Staff during the experiments.
- Enterprise Service Bus
A software that integrates disparate data sources together through the technology of retrieving data forms from different touch-points, such as sensors system, infrastructure systems and cross-agencies integration.
- Population Visualisation
A software that draws and analyses raw data into meaningful information for population insights. This is done by correlating disparate data relationships into a single glance using different types of visualisation models to aid users’ cognitive understanding of the population trends and statistics.
- Over the years, our CAPlabs have established a number of command and control centric application platforms that are used as foundation for our Software Products. These software platforms are also used to provide our in-house engineers with a head-start to build bespoke solutions for specific customers.
Our CAP platforms are designed to support software solutions with the following characteristics:
- collaborative mobile solutions based on peer-to-peer technology
- command center solutions where situational awareness and interaction with mobile resources is critical
