Our Police Resource Incident Management Executive System (PRIMES) is a total solution to enhance the responsiveness to incidents of crime by facilitating intelligent decision-making and effective deployment of the best resources available. This state-of-the-art system enhances police operations in areas such as crises contingency planning, special incidents planning, resource despatch and real-time incident orders and reports. It permits distribution of processes and coordination of operations, whether from a central control or from district or divisional offices. PRIMES supports the extensive coverage of police operatives and activities in the field by integrating the concepts of remote sites, mobile command centres, data terminals and hand-held terminals.

This C4I system is currently being used by the Shenzhen Police.
