Project Management

Project management involves all aspects of the programme and project management experience, including internal processes within the project organisation itself, the interfaces between systems and the many support functions that provide services to the project, and finally, the interfaces with the customer team to ensure a successful implementation.

We have managed multi-systems projects from design, manufacture, integration, checkout, installation and test to integrated logistics and maintenance support, and credited a substantial number of commercial and defence projects in their field.

Production Management

We design, develop, manufacture and provide support to electronic and electromechanical products for defence and industrial customers.

We undertake product development from conception, prototyping, production, testing, installation to commissioning of electronic and electromechanical equipment. A range of CAD/CAE resources are available to assist us in the design, analytical and developmental works.

Our services include:

• Development of rugged products
• Cable routing design, fabrication and testing of complex cable harness to industrial and military standards
• Testing of equipment in accordance to customer's specifications
• Specify and conduct environmental test of integrated equipment for industrial and defence applications
• Integrate computer and electronic equipment into custom console systems
• Management of product design and production

Projects undertaken include the involvement of product transfer, manufacturing and testing to full-scale production. We also operate on both turnkey and consignment of sub-contracts for industrial and defence customers.
