(VT iDirect), has applied to the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority in Singapore to strike off its name from the Register of Companies pursuant to Section 344 of the Companies Act, Cap. 50. This is part of VT iDirect's ongoing review of its business operation and corporate structure worldwide. Since 1 January 2009, iDirect Singapore has ceased operations.
